We stayed at Markland Seaside Pattaya for just one night, but everything was fantastic. the pool was good, and the staff was amazing. the location was great, just a pleasant stroll away from the Royal William Yard, and it was also close to popular tourist attractions, including three big shopping centers and fantastic restaurants. the hotel exceeded our high expectations, and we would love to return here in the future.

The location was exceptionally nice, with restaurants and cafés minutes away from the hotel. Was great to be just minutes away from the beach. A kettle, air conditioning, and TV inside the double room were handy. The bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay there:)))

I booked a room with a large bed, a safe box, a mini bar, and coffee/tea making machines. All the staff was excellent and helpful. the location was superb, situated close to Hard Rock Cafe, Central Festival shopping center, Mike Mall, and Family Mart.

splendid views of the sea from the room. if you want to eat nearby, try green tree restaurant, which is situated 700 ft away. short drive to sanctuary of truth. it is so close to the airport.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this place, which is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, a rooftop restaurant, and many popular tourist attractions.

Location good for shopping and beach

The hotel room was big, spacious and clean. Hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel has a great location and beautiful view!
Hotel is run down. The breakfast buffet was ok but there is room for improvement.

My wife, friends, and I have been loyal guests at Markland Seaside for every visit to this city. Regardless of Pattaya's reputation, there are countless attractions to explore nearby. The hotel staff, especially the Manager, are consistently amazing. The breakfast now being served on the lower level offers a wider variety of delicious food. I was pleasantly surprised when I was upgraded to a spacious room with a fantastic view. Don't miss the excellent hairdresser next door, the lady there is incredibly friendly. The hotel's perfect location ensures easy access to the bustling city center and the beach right in front. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again as Markland Seaside offers a truly memorable experience. Thank you for the unforgettable moments, Markland Seaside!
